Teyvor is the project manager's tool for construction projects: schedule, budget, purchasing and site in one place. Every morning it shows what is slipping (an order to place, a cost running over, a question still unanswered), so the team acts the same day.

Free and unlimited, at the office and on site. Management also runs projects? It then holds a seat, at the same price. The seat is released at the next invoice (monthly) or the next renewal (annual) once the project is handed to a project manager.

Trial and end of subscription

30 days, every feature, no credit card. Nothing is charged until you subscribe. When a trial ends without a subscription, or a subscription ends, the projects stay viewable, read-only, for 90 days and can be exported at any time; they are then deleted.

Hosting in Canada

Database, authentication and file storage: Supabase, in Canada (Montréal, AWS ca-central-1). The application's pages pass through Netlify's network in the United States; the data stays stored in Canada.

Security

Each organisation's data is isolated by the database itself (row-level security on every table), not only by the application.
Encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Documents sit in private storage, opened through signed links that expire after an hour.
Two-step verification available to every user. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
Payments through Stripe: we never see or store card details.
An activity log records member, role, project and subscription changes.
No SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification today, and we do not claim one.

Privacy and Québec's Law 25

A person in charge of the protection of personal information: the founder of Teyvor, reachable at info@teyvorpm.com.
Everyone can export their personal data and delete their account themselves. Project data exports to CSV and Excel at any time.
Deletion: 90 days after a trial or a subscription ends. Backups expire on their fixed schedule.
