Terms of service

Last updated : 2026-10-01

Ce document existe en français : version française.

These Terms are an agreement between Teyvor ("we") and the organisation or person who creates an account ("you") for Teyvor. By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you accept for an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to do so. Effective 2026-10-01.

The Service

Teyvor is a web application for construction project management: scheduling, budgeting, procurement, site records and related tools. Calculations such as critical path, earned value and indices are decision aids computed from the data you enter; they are not engineering, legal, financial or safety advice, and you remain responsible for your projects.

The Service is intended for businesses and professionals, for business purposes. It is not offered to consumers.

Accounts and security

  • Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Turn on two-step verification for administrators.
  • Each person who can edit uses their own account; sharing logins is not allowed. View-only roles do not use a paid seat.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your accounts and for the roles you grant. Tell us promptly about any suspected unauthorised use.

Trial, subscription and payment

  • New organisations get a free 30-day trial. No payment card is needed to start.
  • After the trial, editing requires a paid subscription billed per seat, monthly or annually, in the currency shown at checkout. The seat count follows the number of members who can edit.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Prices exclude taxes. We collect sales tax, VAT or GST where required; business customers can provide a tax number.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change.
  • If payment fails, we retry and notify you. If it stays unpaid, the organisation becomes read-only: you can still view and export data, but not edit.

Your content

You own the content you put into the Service. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to provide the Service to you. You promise that you have the right to upload it and that it does not infringe others' rights or the law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful content, malware, attempts to breach security or access other organisations' data, excessive automated load, reverse engineering except where the law allows, or reselling access without our agreement.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and improve it, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change features; if a change materially reduces the Service you paid for, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of the prepaid period.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, its software, design and trademarks. These Terms give you a right to use it, not to own it. Feedback you give us may be used freely.

Data protection

Our Privacy policy and Data Processing Addendum form part of these Terms and describe how personal information is handled.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent the law permits. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or project delays and costs arising from decisions you make using the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach, or non-payment, after notice where reasonable. After termination you can export your data for at least 30 days; then we delete it, except where the law requires us to keep records.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of the judicial district of Québec. Mandatory consumer or data protection rights in your country are not affected. Both language versions are provided for convenience; if they differ, the English version prevails unless local law requires otherwise.
